I was the lead art director on Premier Inn’s eCRM business pretty much since the agency started working with them. It’s been an interesting & rewarding journey; we’ve worked closely together as we’ve developed their emails to make them as responsive, easily-adaptable and mobile-optimized as possible. I think we’ve got to a pretty good balance between functionality & creativity – which the success of their eCRM programme bears out, too.
